Professional staff and they were able to take my car for its state inspection right away. They showed me the parts that wouldn’t pass inspection and made recommendations future maintenance without pressuring me to fix them immediately. I was also offered a loaner car, which was nice, although I declined it.

Service appointment on time & completed in time estimated as well as cost estimate. Kept me informed regarding status as well. Highly recommend

i had an emergency, i discovered a screw in my tire while i was at the starbucks across the street. they had me pull up to take a look and fixed it within minutes. AMAZING!! 100% would recommend. great service, friendly staff, and jus all around great vibe. if i lived in that area i would only go to them!

Occasionally had starting issues. I suspected the starter. They confirmed and also added a bad alternator, to which I disagreed, based on my diagnostics. Had them replace the starter which, as they admitted, took away the alternator error they picked up. The repair was timely with an excellent warranty. I would certainly return for further repairs to my Honda CR-V.

Honest-1 is true to its name! I always fee Ike I ge a great deal at Honest-1...the fix what’s wrong and charge a fair price that is well below what you’d have to pay at a dealership.
