We brought our family car for a simple emissions test last week, upon picking it up my wife discovered a large scratch on the door that was not there prior to dropping it off. The people in the office denied any chance the scratch happened there and offered to show video. We never saw the video because "only the owner" has access to the feeds. We asked to speak with him on several occasions and even arranged to meet him there "only just miss him" despite setting up a time to be there. The last time I was there to resolve this issue and explained our situation to the service advisor he said, "oh yeah the Acura from yesterday", however we drive a Volvo. Seems alarming that this happens frequently enough to multiple vehicles... They are willing to lie about being honest (ironic given the name) and it is evident they don't care about their reputation nor customers.
