My part took forever to come in (not at all their fault). The minute the part arrived in store they made every effort to get me in right away to complete the needed work on my vehicle. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I always leave feeling well taken care of, and knowing I haven’t been taken advantage of financially.

Emission inspection $30 (as of Jan 2025). First come first serve. Went in 9:30am - got car back around 3:30pm

We asked them to patch it. A few hours later, they called and said it would be $25, and by the way, our fluids were due. Upon checkout, it suddenly became $49. One of the people hanging out at the front desk defensively stated it was because the tire was patched instead of plugged. Well, maybe she should’ve verified that… It’s definitely a plug. We called. No effort to make anything right. It wasn’t our first time here, but it will be our last.

Staffs at this place were very nice and the service was fast. They left a copy of each of the service performed inside the car. I will certainly go back. Thank you

Reasonable, up-front pricing and work done in an expedient manner. And unlike many other shops, I didn't experience any upsells, pressure or deception. This shop seems to live up to its name. I'll continue to come here while they continue to operate in this manner.

I visited Honest-1 Auto Care for emissions testing. It failed on the first visit but passed after I fixed some vacuum leaks. The front desk staff and technicians were not just friendly with me but also with the other customers they interacted with while I was waiting.
