This is my second time at Honest-1. I went for an oil change and inspection on July 28. They have a wonderful, friendly staff and even though it is the end of the month i didnt have to wait, they took my car in right on my appointment time. I was done and on my way 40 minutes later. Nice, clean and comfortable.

Very professional.

Went to have my Emissions tested. Said the wait would be 2 hours, and they were done in less than 1 hour. I was driving around all morning and they were the only ones that was able to help. Thank you for your efficiency and professionalism!

I have been a customer for about 5 year, and I have always found the head mechanic (Lee) to be forthcoming and honest with me. Every problem that they have discovered on my vehicle over this period was a problem that I already suspected. I’ve found both Lee and the owner to be willing to discuss and answer my questions. I’ve read other reviews here that criticize their rates, but frankly I disagree with that. They have serviced my water pump, tires, brakes, battery, etc.. All of the work was done properly, without incident, and in a timely fashion.
