Gina and the team were able to source parts and complete the repair the same day I dropped the car. In addition, they were able to reuse a part and the actual repair’s cost was less than originally quoted, much appreciated!

The work here is always great and the prices are fair. The only quibble I have is that the woman working the counter didn't bother to check on anyone's car until asked and spend more time playing on her phone and chatting with her coworkers than anything else. It wasn't until the guy, whom I'm guessing is the owner, came in and he started to ask the people who were waiting which cars were theirs. I'm not faulting the woman for being bored, but it would have been nice if she'd checked on our cars and given us updates without having to be specifically asked.

Very efficient and pleased to get in and out quickly. Had brakes replaced previously and completely satisfied with all their work. I’ll be coming back for all my other car repairs.

Another excellent experience at Honest One. Had transmission fluid changed in good time. Also checked out vehicle. So was very happy with visit as always.

I will never come here again, they change the price after done the repair job.
