Honest not so honest. Said we needed to replace a water pump. $1,700. Took it straight to the dealer and dealer said water pump was fine.

I have used these guys before and I think they do an exceptionally good job.

Arrived just before opening hours. Was greeted by a friendly staff member who got me setup for a vehicle inspection. Estimated an hour, and it was done in 45 minutes. Excellent service, nice clean facility.

Got an oil change here without issues so decided to get brakes replaced here as well. They never told me the total cost of the brakes until after they already completed the work. To my surprised I got blasted with a $1600 bill. They charged more for the labor than the total parts were even worth. Plus they said it took them 4 hours to complete the work when any experienced mechanic should have been able to complete the work in half that. I’m beyond furious because anywhere else I could have gotten brakes installed for $600-$700 less. I will never return to this place for any services and I will let everyone I know not to use this place for any auto needs.

They are dishonest and the mechanics are lazy. The guy at the front really tried telling me that they couldn't change out my turn signal because it requires 1 prong. Like seriously? The front and rear turn signals are the same, I have changed them both myself and it doesn't matter if it has 1 or 2 prongs. The only reason I asked them to change it instead of doing it myself is because the fronts are a pain in the butt to change. DO NOT COME HERE, if they aren't honest about simple turn signals, they won't be honest about anything else.

I’ve used Honest-1 Auto Care for years and feel they have always lived up to their name – honest. I’ve never felt pressured to do unnecessary additional car repairs or ever been dissatisfied with their work. I would heartedly recommend them.
