I have made an appointment online for an oil change and opted in for the shuttle service! After I dropped off my car, they said they were busy and cannot provide a shuttle service! They should have at least given me a heads-up before I got there, so that I can make other arrangements to get back home! If they don't want to honor the shuttle service request, I wonder why they even have that option while making an appointment online!

Took my car in for emissions only. Full tank of gas when I dropped it off. Picked it up with five less gallons. The only way to open the gas tank is with the keys and access to the interior of the car. It’s a brand new 2022, excellent gas mileage. Mileage did not significantly change for the car to have been driven around and burned five gallons. Not sure what happened but I am sure I will never use this business or recommend it to anyone I know.
