I have been a regular customer for a while. This time I was not overly thrilled with the service . When i called I was told that my car will be fixed by the end of day . In fact I got my car the following day and they actually started working on the car on second day . They charge you 1 hour of diagnosis fee even though they knew exactly what was wrong. Coz I told them what needs to happen They charged me .5 hour of labor to change a tail light when they did not even change it. They changed it once I inquired about it They charged me around $1600+ for alternator and battery change. Even Lexus showroom service center gave me a quote of less than $ 1200 for the same service I guess it’s time to move on

I did not make an appointment but got the result in 15 minutes. Both receptionist and technicians are very polite and efficient.

Fixed a flat in a timely manner. Only issue was they overfilled the tire with air pressure to 40 psi when it should have been 35 psi. Raised that to attention to front desk and the promptly fixed it.

Flexible and efficient service.

I took my car to Honest 1 to inspect what I thought was a larger electrical issue, as I had recently replaced my battery at Virginia Tire & Auto but was still having to jumpstart my car. However it turns out Virginia Tire & Auto had just installed a bum battery, and Honest 1 was very accommodating in that they contacted the manufacturer to replace the battery on warranty (saving me a trip to Virginia Tire thankfully). Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll be bringing my car here in the future despite living within walking distance of Virginia Tire.
