I have made an appointment online for an oil change and opted in for the shuttle service! After I dropped off my car, they said they were busy and cannot provide a shuttle service! They should have at least given me a heads-up before I got there, so that I can make other arrangements to get back home! If they don't want to honor the shuttle service request, I wonder why they even have that option while making an appointment online!
