Fixed a flat in a timely manner. Only issue was they overfilled the tire with air pressure to 40 psi when it should have been 35 psi. Raised that to attention to front desk and the promptly fixed it.

Very friendly. Im very satisfied with my experience there and will go back for my auto needs.

Flexible and efficient service.

I took my car to Honest 1 to inspect what I thought was a larger electrical issue, as I had recently replaced my battery at Virginia Tire & Auto but was still having to jumpstart my car. However it turns out Virginia Tire & Auto had just installed a bum battery, and Honest 1 was very accommodating in that they contacted the manufacturer to replace the battery on warranty (saving me a trip to Virginia Tire thankfully). Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll be bringing my car here in the future despite living within walking distance of Virginia Tire.

Front desk associates are unprofessional, especially the girl. She was having a long conversation with another customer fighting back and forth about why his price changed $150 more than what he was quoted . He wanted a manager and she told the customer “ Manager was with his family and won’t answer his phone”. using swear words . For this reason I will not return.My first experience was my last.
