When another inspection station decided to not have their inspectors come in (after I waited an hour) I had to find a place to go. I searched for inspectors and these folks popped up. I drove over, was the first in line for an inspection, and was out within 30 minutes.

Incompetent and rude. Worst customer service experience in a long time. Took my care for state inspection. Was told that the brake lights did not work. When I picked up the car and checked it, it appeared to be working. Asked to talk to inspector and was told to wait 2 hours sinse inspector is busy with other cars. Asked them to call me. No one called. The front office was just nasty. No customer skills at all. Took car to the dealer, they said everything is operating normal, and passed inspection.

I have brought multiple vehicles for inspections, one that had been serviced at a Honda dealer a month earlier, and been told they failed inspection. I've taken the same vehicles elsewhere and they passed. The Honda had never needed power steering fluid, and they wanted $2k for a rack. It's been a year and no fluid on the ground. It's one thing to recommend something, it's another to demand it to pass. Clearly not a safety concern, so shouldn't be failed for that , imho.

Got my tires replaced here. They mounted my rear tires on the front. Different sizes front and back. The tire was rubbing hard and started to smoke before I realized their mistake. Pulled over to the side of the road and called them. They came and switched the wheels on the side of the road. Now I am not sure how safe that tire is and I got no offer to replace the tire also. Not something I would recommend.

They were able to fit me in and perform the services required extremely quickly. Very friendly, helpful staff.
