Ashburn Auto Repair

I have brought multiple vehicles for inspections, one that had been serviced at a Honda dealer a month earlier, and been told they failed inspection. I've taken the same vehicles elsewhere and they passed. The Honda had never needed power steering fluid, and they wanted $2k for a rack. It's been a year and no fluid on the ground. It's one thing to recommend something, it's another to demand it to pass. Clearly not a safety concern, so shouldn't be failed for that , imho.

Got my tires replaced here. They mounted my rear tires on the front. Different sizes front and back. The tire was rubbing hard and started to smoke before I realized their mistake. Pulled over to the side of the road and called them. They came and switched the wheels on the side of the road. Now I am not sure how safe that tire is and I got no offer to replace the tire also. Not something I would recommend.

They were able to fit me in and perform the services required extremely quickly. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Always been fast, friendly and reliable. One nice thing is unlike most places that claim they top off fluids, Honest One actually does do this! Just a nice little added bonus. Will continue to be a repeat customer.

Excellent service

Problem still exist after three days with service repair technicans. Return vehicle to shop for repairs and evaluation.

The service was quick and adaptable. While the car was being worked on, I made an additional request for the safety inspection. When I picked up my car it was ready ahead of time.
