They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken. The young lady at the desk and the owner were great and make sure everything was correctly taken care of.
So coming back from Skiing in WVA. I got a leak in one of my tires on my Mercedes SUV. Once I got back to VA. I am new to the area so I called around. It was a holiday and this place was open. The other places was kind of rude. Honest was very friendly on the phone. When I showed up the people were very nice. Got my car in and out. Fair price. You can just tell they are all about the customer and community oriented. Highly recommend and now they have a new customer in me.
That's the best I can rate them. As a repeat customer, there is no requirement to enjoy more service than others, at least you have to be treated equally, unfortunately, they ignored, I will never go again.
Had a very pleasant experience from front desk to delivery. Service was completed an promised time. The surprise was a discount coupon at the end even though I was not expecting it. Will recommend
These guys live up to your their name unlike VA Tire and Auto. Would definitely go back for future needs

Polite and professional customer service, timely repair service, and overall great experiences here over the last year for various reasons (brakes, inspections, headlight assembly etc)
