Polite and professional customer service, timely repair service, and overall great experiences here over the last year for various reasons (brakes, inspections, headlight assembly etc)

Awesome service, great staff and good prices. Took our car in without any appointment for some maintenance work and was greeted and taken care of in a professional friendly manner by Arash. He said he would have the work done completed by later that afternoon. and would call. Which he did…..almost an hour earlier than promised. Nice surprise as normally you get excuses as to why it was not done on time. Checkout was easy and we were explained the bill in its entirety. We would recommend Arash and this shop to anyone.

Went in for an emissions inspection. They said there were leaks in the exhaust system and recommended replacing the exhaust system. They did not do the test. They also recommended a bunch of other services. I took the car to another service center that performed the emission test and it passed. The mechanic did not indicate that there were leaks in the exhaust. So they not only did not perform the emission test that I had asked for but also recommended services not needed.

Staff is professional and friendly. Service was efficient. We will be back when necessary.

Replaced starter, good service, friendly and clean shop

More like an Honestly bad experience. The service was extremely slow and the lady working the front desk was very rude. All we needed was a safety inspection for our brand new 2022 vehicle and it took almost 3 hours. We will not be using Honest-1 again.

Been looking for a good shop around me for years, after 10 years of using VA tire and auto i got frustrated with their rates, coming up with nonsense issues and frankly what pushed me over the edge was they changed my inside cabin filter and had the nerve to tell me it was dirty.. i had just replaced it 2 weeks prior, so caught them in a lie .. well enough about them and now Honest 1. First time using them and I brought a very big job to them, Raj at the front desk was great, straight forward, stuck with facts, was apologetic about the costs as the break calipers on my car are expensive. Anyways, got the car back, job looked fine, I did find some drops and overflow off the break fluid on my engine covers , I was a little annoyed by that - i have OCD to keep it clean (my engine bay is so clean you can eat off it! ). Other than that .. all good ! Look overall i would recommend them. When i checked out the front desk lady was nice, looked for ways i can use the coupon and was really really helpful so i had a great experience from checking in and checking out … If there is only ONE thing i would point out to Arun (the Owner) hey man, grab a paint brush and get the doors and the walls a little fresh, I kinda want to see the appearance of the place a little more elevated… just a thought !
