Very polite and easy to work with. I had a great experience speaking with one of their techs who ultimately advised against doing some additional work I had requested. Would happily go their again.

We had a nail in our tire. I sent my wife to VA Tire and Auto, where we purchased out tires a year ago. They told my wife that "the tire puncture was deep and too close too far from center. They told her they couldn't plug and tried to sell my wife a replacement tire for $350. I told my wife to take it down the street to Honest. They pulled the nail out assessed the tire damage (which they deemed 100% repairable), plugged it for free and sent her on her way. They will have my business from now on.😃👍
