We take all 4 cars to Honest 1 and have for several years and always been happy with the service. This past time was no exception. Our car did not pass inspection and needed 2 parts and repair within a day so my daughter could take it back to college with her. Arun ordered part on the spot and said it would be in next morning. When it didn’t arrive he researched where to get another one and took time out of his morning to go get it. Our car was repaired and passed inspection early that afternoon. It was funny that after they finished my cars emissions test my digital displays are flashing and blinking. It makes me not trust them.
Make sure to check pricing before dropping your car off. We have been going here for years but were caught by surprise from recent visit. We paid almost double for oil change, as well as simple tire rotation. Not to mention misc shop fee to it all.
