Very down to earth and friendly place.

Way overpriced and they constantly tell me things on my vehicle need to be replaced that are perfectly fine. I will not ever use this shop again. Once they charged me to rotate my tires and they didn’t rotate them. I removed the valve stem caps on back tires and when I picked up vehicle they were not on the front. The name should be dishonest auto. There are so many shops in the area that treat people honestly. Beware if you decide to use them.

Was able to complete the safety inspection and emissions tests promptly within the expected timeframe previously provided by staff. Good job and service. Recommended.

We had a nail in our tire. I sent my wife to VA Tire and Auto, where we purchased out tires a year ago. They told my wife that "the tire puncture was deep and too close too far from center. They told her they couldn't plug and tried to sell my wife a replacement tire for $350. I told my wife to take it down the street to Honest. They pulled the nail out assessed the tire damage (which they deemed 100% repairable), plugged it for free and sent her on her way. They will have my business from now on.😃👍

Walked in at 8 am for vehicle safety inspection. Was complete by 820 am. Quick and efficient at a competitive price. Will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you!!
