It was excellent service and I highly recommend them.

They e always been good about telling me how it actually is, not just what the guidelines say. Like actual time sensitive items that should be taken care of, instead of trying to get a quick buck from less important maintenance.

I have used this place twice and both times they have taken an absurd amount of time to complete the work. This last time I had an oil change appointment and dropped my car off 5 minutes early. I was waiting so I asked for a time estimate. The lady said an hour or less. It took 1 hour and 57 minutes. At no point did they update me on the time or apologize for taking so long. Both times I asked for an update they told me it was almost done. The time before when I took my car in, they also took twice as long as they stated and when I complained, they told me they had called me. False. I had no missed calls and no messages. So much for being “Honest” auto care.

Really loved my experience with them - they were up front with pricing that was very reasonable, and they changed my key fob battery for a very reasonable price. I was in a hurry but they also sent me with a quote for several items I need to do for my car that is also reasonable. They are very trustworthy and I will only go there

Oil change

I find this place to be very expensive to have your car repaired. I had a fuel line leak which is a serious issue if not repaired timely. I paid close to $875 just to replace a two feet rubber hose (fuel line).

I woud not recommend this shop to anyone for detailed auto repair. i went in as my Cammry was over heating and was asked to leave the car the diagnostic was run without any authorization from me $60. When i questioned why it was not pre authorized, no clear answer but we do it all on the cars. Thediagnostic said an issue with the water pump which wasreplaced. Still the issue was not resolved. later it was the thermostat which was changed but the issue was not resolved either. after multiple failed attempts and $$$ spent i took the car to Ashburn Tire and Auto and theyfixed it. It was caused by radiator leak so please dont waste your money and time at this place besides oil change or flat tire.
