I am pleased with Honest-1 service. Several needed maintenance & service work was scheduled, then performed the next day. Prices are fair. Shop has a truck lift accommodating heavy and tall vehicles. I will use them again.

Got a safety inspection and tire rotation on my EV. Great place, friendly people, with a Starbucks next door if you wanna hang around while you wait for a 1-2 hour service. Only thing keeping me from giving five stars is the amount of time it took while my car just sat on a parking spot hindering my day. I was quoted 1.5-2 hours so I willingly waited at Starbucks. However the service didn’t even start until around 2.5 hours later with a completion an about 30 minutes after that. I wish a queue of some sort would be added online such that a customer would know to drop off their car to be serviced within a more predictable 30-60 minutes window of time.

They forgot to perform 50K maintenance and just replaced tires. Dropped off at 830 am and ready by 5pm. Wheel alignment was $40 more than Volvo Don Beyer dealership cost. I had new tires shipped from tirerack to the shop- no issues. I’m going to try another shop for the 50K but I would consider returning here if it doesn’t work out.

The team there is always kind and do a great job. As a woman I feel confident I’m getting great advice and never feel pushed to do any unnecessary repairs.

If you want to have a bad experience at reception, this is the one for you. I went there to collect the car after flat tire. He handed me the paper with $500 amount. I asked a question and he said you are holding a line and then started to serve a next person in line… really man, if work done is $50 then why you are providing me the estimate of $500 which doesn’t make any sense. No complaint with work but the reception service is just worst.
