This is the fourth time I’ve used this facility to have work done. The personnel have always been professional and courteous and I have never had any problem with their work. I would recommend them highly.

Honest-1 was pleasant and easy to speak with, provided time assessments that were pretty accurate and was able to complete services in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with them. Not only will I repeat my business with them, I would highly recommend them to others.

They're just about the worst. They forgot to put Dis in front of the honest part of their name. Came in for a few general repairs and they tried to tell me I needed multiple different other things that I knew the car absolutely didn't need. I requested for the only few things to be repaired, and they went ahead and did all of the work I repeatedly asked them not to without authorization, AND still charged me and tried to sneak it past me. When confronting them about this and demanding to change it they became nasty with me EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALREADY PRE DISCUSSED WHAT I WANTED. Their customer service is just about the worst, and they lie and try and rob you for all you've got. They are overpriced and incompetent and I will no longer be a returning customer. Read all of the 1 star reviews they are not lying, and are dealing with the same issues. Don't want to give business to dishonest incompetent scammers.
