Maybe they should consider taking honest out of there name. Had an ac recharge performed which they charged me for. Then they proceeded to tell all the problems with the ac and that it would cost $2400 to fix. I feel they should have told me this before recharging the ac which would not last and to top it off never offered to include the recharge cost.

Lazy and unhelpful staff

Wonderful staff, great location, awesome service prices and quick turnaround time on services. We love everything about Honest1 auto service and bring all our cars here for any maintenance or repair work. They are simply the BEST!

Always a great experience at Honest-1. Just a safety inspection and a tire repair, but I was able to quickly drop it off and pick up later at my convenience. Honest-1 is my “go to” local shop. They are friendly, fairly priced, and always shoot straight. They’ve done many jobs for me in the past including brakes, trailer hitch installation, general troubleshooting, etc.

These guys are not the name suggests. I went for oil change and asked for discount published on website. The lady says it just expired 5 minutes ago. In addition they pick the most expensive one with synthetic oil change without approval. Just for you all to know. Service took 1 hour despite appointment.

I decided to finally try this placed based on all the great reviews everyone had given. And they are not wrong about this place. Starting with the girl in the front - friendly and they do not try to sell me more then what I came in for. I LIKE THAT. And not to say the guy that worked on my car. Marvin G. did an excellent work on my 2015 Jeep. I feel like my vehicle can fly. Overall experience with this shop 10 out 10. I will definitely be back.

Have used them recently for regular maintenance as well as significant engine repair. They are very personable and have not had any issues with their work.
