They forgot to perform 50K maintenance and just replaced tires. Dropped off at 830 am and ready by 5pm. Wheel alignment was $40 more than Volvo Don Beyer dealership cost. I had new tires shipped from tirerack to the shop- no issues. I’m going to try another shop for the 50K but I would consider returning here if it doesn’t work out.

Terrible. That’s it.

The team there is always kind and do a great job. As a woman I feel confident I’m getting great advice and never feel pushed to do any unnecessary repairs.

If you want to have a bad experience at reception, this is the one for you. I went there to collect the car after flat tire. He handed me the paper with $500 amount. I asked a question and he said you are holding a line and then started to serve a next person in line… really man, if work done is $50 then why you are providing me the estimate of $500 which doesn’t make any sense. No complaint with work but the reception service is just worst.

They did the services I requested but also did over $200 in services that I was not asked about/did not authorize, which I didn't realize until after I paid and received the invoice. They refuse to answer any of the messages I've sent them regarding the matter. Terrible customer service, terrible job by the service writer, and absolutely undeserving of the name Honest-1. I will be reviewing my options if they do not acknowledge their error and compensate me appropriately.

Professional, courteous & thorough

As far as getting my vehical in, it wasn't to bad. The price was a bit steep for front brakes being 801$ and some change but I get it. They were able to get the car finished same day and even arranged for me to be able to pick it up after hours since I wasnt able get to it before closing. That said I was very unhappy with the simple fact that they left both front left and right corner under car cover/skirt loose and it made for a very noisy ride until I was able to figure out what it was making the noise. I had to install 2 of my own screws and makeshift washers to get them mounted back up to prevent anymore damage. Something so simple and they completely missed it. Not happy

I love this place! They were able to quickly fit me in for an oil change. Staff was friendly and polite! They took great care of my car.

Had them replace my AC condenser. AC works great now. And I like the 3 year 36000 mile warranty.
