Did a nice job of being responsive and getting me in on the same day. Did a nice job on my coolant flush. However, they also said I needed a new water pump and they could install it for over $1000. The mechanic even showed me where it was “leaking.” I declined to get new water pump, and took it to my dealership who did a full diagnostics/testing, and dealer mechanic said the water pump was absolutely fine. I’m just glad I didn’t spend over $1k!

I got here at 940 am on a Monday for state inspection. It is now 10:10 and my Pilot has not moved from where i parked it. A lady that came in after me, for something hanging off her bumper, is getting her car done before mine. I will NOT be coming back here. No explanation for why it is taking so long to even get my Honda onto a lift. Terrible.
