God & timely service this time on my AC system. Good shop

I got here at 940 am on a Monday for state inspection. It is now 10:10 and my Pilot has not moved from where i parked it. A lady that came in after me, for something hanging off her bumper, is getting her car done before mine. I will NOT be coming back here. No explanation for why it is taking so long to even get my Honda onto a lift. Terrible.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU GO THERE, They are waaayyyyy overpriced, they suggested to change break roters and pads and gave me quote for $2459 for parts and labour, I got it done in other mechanic shop for $550.

Dishonest Auto-Care:( very clever at ripping you off, if you don’t know anything about cars). they added extra $70 for an oil change in our truck claiming that 16 quarts of oil can fit in V6 truck:) anybody knows that’s not physically possible. when got caught lying (that they used VIN number) , tried to be dismissive and lied again claiming it was diesel, which it’s not. Assistant manager heard the whole thing and pretended not hearing an interaction. Eventually, refunded the extra charges (which is 15 per quart, by the way!) without apologies. In summary: blatantly lied twice, pretended nothing happened when confronted, rectified without apology. Taking advantage of people which is disgusting.

Truly Honest and never dissatisfied… I usually prefer this place for all small to medium size repairs…, lot better than large dealerships which are usually a rip off
