I used Honest Auto for a state safety inspection. I called first for the wait time and it went straight to VM, so I drive over and found out why. The woman at the front desk was super busy but handled people at counter and phone with ease. She was juggling a lot by herself. I was told 2 1/2 hour wait but ended up being only an hour. I would try them again.

Since coming to this area several years ago we have brought all our cars here for all our needs. 3 generations of our family now call this our family garage for our imports, domestic and SUV's. Arash and Arun along with the entire team have always treated us like family, fixed our cars on time and right the first time, and do it at super competitive prices. The absolute best hands down. We recommend to everyone to try them. You'll never go anywhere else once you do.

I set an appointment for an Oil Change that was supposed to take only 45 minutes on Friday per the receptionist. Went on Saturday morning at schedule time and ended up sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours. What's the POINT of setting an apPOINTment and being told something will not take very long and it ends up wasting most of your day? POINTLESS!
