This placed should be called dishonest care. Substandard mechanics who can use a jargon specifically with a woman to charge extra money. I am an aeronautical engineer and know most stuff around cars so when I started questioning their diagnostic they pulled the tech has changed, you don’t want to get your hand dirty etc. To add insult to injury, the management a young kid who was trying to resolve the issue but his manager showed up with a nasty attitude and that was enough to get me out of there. Dishonest Care -before you discard this comment as a fake account, I was there on Friday afternoon and Drive Lexus ES350. Ladies beware of this place. I would rather go to Advance auto Care and pay additional dollars but at least treat d with respect

It was my first time at this Auto shop. I got my 2015 Mini Cooper S Countryman ALL4 Brake fluid flushed and Oil/Filter changed. It was a very smooth experience with high efficiency, absolute professionalism and at a very reasonable cost. It is easily 50% less than what dealerships charge and I will be bringing my vehicles here for all future maintenance jobs. I highly recommend this Auto shop and am mighty glad I found them in good time. Check them out and you won't be disappointed.

Honest, efficient, good people

I called them for my emissions test and they told me to come by a certain time as the technician was on lunch break. Got there and the technician hadn’t gone on break but since the lady on the phone asked me to come a certain time they still took me. The lady at the reception was super nice and friendly. So definitely recommend them for their quick and friendly service.

This is my first time utilizing Honest-1 for my State Inspection. From my arrival and getting my vehicle back. Very professional and excellent customer service. A+++++

Left my car during off hours after a driving issue. Used the key drop. Did not even make an appointment. Very convenient. Received phone call first thing in the morning with plan to evaluate issue. Very responsive and prompt. Received call soon after diagnosing the problem and a plan for restoration. Good service. Car was fixed as soon as parts were available and they had a car for me to borrow while awaiting the parts delivery. Work was performed well and I was back on the road quickly.
