Left my car during off hours after a driving issue. Used the key drop. Did not even make an appointment. Very convenient. Received phone call first thing in the morning with plan to evaluate issue. Very responsive and prompt. Received call soon after diagnosing the problem and a plan for restoration. Good service. Car was fixed as soon as parts were available and they had a car for me to borrow while awaiting the parts delivery. Work was performed well and I was back on the road quickly.

As a woman, I feel like numerous mechanic shops have tried to take advantage of my minimal knowledge about cars. Honest-1 Auto is not one of them. I have really come to trust Honest Auto.
