A straight forward assessment of a recently purchased, previously owned vehicle. Recommended several services for immediate remediation. Suggested two others that could wait for the next necessary service visit. Everyone was pleasant and the vehicle was ready for pickup before 5:30 PM. Night drop had not yet been installed. So I had to make an additional visit the morning of the scheduled service appointment to personally leave the key. A bit inconvenient.

Reliable and Honest Service! Through my two transactions at Honest 1 in Ashburn, I've interacted with several of the techs (Paul, Andy, Sonu) and the owner (Arun) and they all treat me and my car with the utmost care and respect. What other shops in the area couldn't do, Honest 1 did in one visit and with a big smile and a big discount (thank you!). They definitely care about doing what's right for the car (and the customer) and not for their own bottom line. They will keep working on the issue until the customer is satisfied -- i.e. I had a balance issue and they kept working with me to figure out the issue until I was satisfied. These are good folks. Glad to have them around the corner.
