Great Customer Service / Fast repair. Came here based on the reviews and no complaints. They were able to work with me on the timing and price of the repair as well as offer to drop me off and pick me up to retrieve. I have found a new mechanic/auto shop in the area - Honest-1. Nice work!

The staff is professional and knowledgeable. The place is clean, great waiting area for kids to play and excellent waiting area with water and coffee for the adults. I will definitely go back. Thank you for fixing our cars.

They said an hour at most and it was exactly an hour. Made an appointment for the same day I called inquiring. Very convenient and very friendly. Will return!

We had friendly, quick and reliable service. I went in to get two state inspections done and they alerted me that I only needed one, which saved me the expense of having something done that I did not need.

I recently took my car to Honest-1 Auto Care for some A/C repairs. I had tried to make an appointment with my dealership. I left a voicemail message(08/15/16, and I still haven't heard from them! So, I decided to give Ashburn Auto Repair a try, and I am glad I did! Whenever I visit the dealership, I am always hit with you going to need this or that! I didn't get any of that at Honest-1. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. My A/C was blowing slightly cool air. They checked my vehicle out and found coolant leaking! They told me exactly what I needed to do. They fixed my vehicle to my satisfaction! The waiting room is immaculate! They also have a TV, and refreshments. I told them about another issue that I was having and they gave me a quote which was about a $100.00, less than I paid for the same repair at the dealership! I don't have anything negative to say about Honest-1. They will be my first choice from now on. I told my daughters about the service and they will be going there in the future!

I decided to give this new shop a try. They have a beautiful facility, courteous employees, and very quick service. I have used them for oil changes ever since they opened and I will continue to do so. When it comes time for my state inspection, I will go there. I will also use them for any maintenance needs that arise.
