I can not say enough good things about the time and detail that went into fixing my SUV. Honest methodically went through my list of issues which was extensive and provided detailed recommendations for what needed to be fixed, what it would cost, and what life that would put back into the SUV. I feel like I am driving a brand-new SUV at this point, they did such a good job and managed to fix a problem two other auto-shops couldn't. I am thrilled. It is nice to have a place that I feel that is honest and trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile to help.

We were so pleased with the service that we received and appreciative of Honest-1's ability to get us in at the last moment. My alternator died on Friday morning, the same day my daughter came down with an ear infection that required getting her to urgent care. Honest 1 got my car in right away and provided me with a complimentary vehicle to get my daughter to the doctor. The price they quoted me was exactly what I ended up paying for the service, which was completed in record time. Their customer service reps were friendly and helpful, the location was clean and comfortable with complimentary beverages for customers, and they are conveniently located walking distance from Starbucks and several dining options if you have to wait. We will definitely be using them for all of our auto repair needs in the future.

Service: I initially called for an estimate on an oil pan replacement which another shop had insisted on. Honest-1 assessed the leak and re-threaded the plug at a significantly reduced cost.
