Went in for an emissions, there were 2 ahead of me. They were quick and efficient, I was out in about an hour.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this shop. I brought my car in around 9 AM for inspection, and after waiting for about two hours, I was told the work was finished and was handed my keys. When I went to my car, I noticed the driver’s side of the front bumper had been deeply scratched. I immediately went inside to report the damage. The staff asked me to bring the car to the front, took pictures, and assured me they would review the security footage once the owner arrived and get back to me. I followed up twice by phone, and each time I was told the same thing: that the owner would check the footage and call me once he was available. Despite these assurances, I never received a call back. It’s incredibly frustrating that they caused damage to my car and then failed to take responsibility or communicate any resolution.
