This is our go-to place for all of our vehicles. Arun and all at Honest-1 Auto are wonderful and take great care of our cars. They are honest and let us know what needs to be done vs what can be done down the road. Great service!!

I had an excellent experience with Honest Auto Care! They replaced the water pump and timing chain on my 2016 Ford Explorer—a major repair—but their pricing was among the best I found in the area. After the work was completed, I encountered an issue, and Arun went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. Their commitment to customer service and quality workmanship truly impressed me. I highly recommend Honest Auto Care to friends and family, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future vehicle needs. A+ service all around

Convenient and quick emissions inspection

5 stars for customer service but minus 4 stars for dishonesty yet +1 star for being honest of the dishonest. = 2 stars Charged me for tire rotation. Got back home checked the tire and it wasn't rotated. Went back, at least they were honest about telling me it wasn't done; BUT from the first, why you charge me for the service and act like it was done in 20min + so easy to do the tire rotation from THIS shop because "they work as a team". I am NOT a car guru but I was lucky enough to mark the tires to verify the rotation; I cant imagine for those people who doesn't know 'car' gets charged with something wasn't done. but customer service was 5 stars

I got a flat tire and they were able to get me right in and it was fixed within an hour or so. They were super friendly, the place is super clean, all around a great experience! They saved the day for me!

Brought in a car I was considering buying from Craigslist for a prepurchase inspection. Thank Gd I did. They found a bunch of problems with it, including two unreported collisions the previous owner hadn't told me about, and advised me not to buy the car. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they said it might take 1.5 - 2 hours to get to it, but in the end it was more like 4 hours. It's ok that it took long, I just wished I'd known in advance so I could have planned my day better. Overall, though, highly recommend.

Very straightforward and honest shop, which is hard to find nowadays especially will reasonable prices. Will definitely look here for future work.
