My service Teck explained the process, options and costs. The work was done quickly while I waited in a very nice customer lounge (featuring a very clean bathroom) I will be back the next time my car needs service!

I had a problem with my AC, and I had a lot of road noise! I had the guys check my vehicle out. They road tested it with me in the vehicle, and brought it back to the shop to do some further analysis! My tires were contributing to the road noise! They were able to find the AC leak, repaired the hoses. I also purchased new tires! When I drove my vehicle out of the shop: I returned to tell Paul, how great the vehicle felt! What an amazing transformation! This is not my first encounter with Honest-1! They are truly honest and take personal interest in your car!!! Not only that, but I saved hundreds of dollars over what the dealer would have charged me!!!

Paul was very friendly at the front desk and when he had scheduled my service over the phone. My service was done in a very timely manner for a reasonable price.
