YOU BETTER CALL.... Paul! I needed a nail in my tire fixed and fixed kind of fast. I called around and they either didn't work on rental cars or they had a 2 hour wait. I called Honest 1s and spoke with Paul and he was very nice over the phone and answered all my questions and they were able to get me in as soon as I drove up. The waiting area has a kids area in it (even though my son isn't with me, this is a great thing to have if you do have the little munckins with you). It even has its own TV for the kids. The waiting area is very clean and inviting and the customer service was top notch. I didn't need much done, but it is nice to have something so close and so willing to help me out.

My first visit to your store was today. I went in expecting a long wait but within thirty minutes the service on my car was complete. The facility is super clean and comfortable. Will definitely refer my family and friends to come in for servicing on their vehicles.

Was able to get in the day I called. Everything was explained to me and didn't feel pressured to do any work I wasn't expecting to have done.

Great service

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. Immediately jumped to help as we walked in the door. They had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes.

Excellent shop. Been there a few times now and they go above and beyond the what I would expect. Instead of trying to sell you additional unnecessary services they key in on what is really reasonable and important to keep your car running well. Pricing is less than the local dealerships and reasonable.
