I love Honest-1 Broadlands. Service is performed on-time or earlier; all service needs are properly diagnosed, and the shop looks for the least expensive way to perform the repairs properly. This is without a doubt the most honest auto shop I have ever worked with. In addition, the level of respect they show for their customers is unsurpassed. I’ve worked with very good shops in the past. These guys are the best.

Took my car in late Saturday because my car was overheating. Everyone was very attentive and willing to help me out. Because a part had to be ordered I was stuck without a car, they offered me a ride home which was above and beyond. They did a great job on my car, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest repair shop.

I brought my 2003, Honda Pilot in to have the right front door lock and actuator replaced! Once again, the job was completed as promised and the price was reasonable! I have had this same repair done at a dealership for more money! I will continue to trust my vehicle repairs and service to Honest-1!
