I have found my new Auto Care place. I was in need of a quick emissions inspection. As I sat in the 6 car line at another Auto place, I googled the close inspection stations and found this one. I have been driving past here since it opened on my way to work. I called them up, confirmed they didnt have a long wait, was told over the phone that they could have it in approx 20 mins. I arrived, they took it in and were done in 20 mins. Fast/efficient service, friendly staff, clean inviting wait room. This is the place that you want to take your vehicles for all your service needs.

I tried another Ashburn service shop before I went to Honest-1. The other shop had at least a 2 hour wait. After filling out some brief paperwork at Honest-1, the technician immediately took my car for its emissions inspection. I hardly had time to read an article in a magazine before they called me up to the desk to let me know the inspection was done. I was thrilled! Quick in and out and decent price.

Needed to get my car inspected and so I thought I’d give honest1 a try. I was very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of their customer waiting area which is always a sign to me how they’re likely to treat my car went in their possession. I also noticed that there are a couple of rusty license plate bolts on my car and asked if they could replace them and if so how much would they charge. The customer service rep - Paul was very nice and his response was, If they had the bolts they would do it for free. Absolutely would recommend them for any other work without any hesitation

Had to take 2 vehicles in today for emissions and inspection to get them registered down here. Friendly service and They got both cars done quick, about 40 minutes each while still helping other customers. Great first experience with them
