Ashburn Auto Repair

Came in for a safety inspection. I called about 10 minutes prior to inquire about the wait time and was told about an hour if I came in now, which I did. When I got there I was told the wait would be about 2-3 hours, but I informed them that I just spoke with someone who told me an hour. No worries though, they were able to do it about an hour they said. Special thank you to the gentleman who went ahead and did my inspection on the time frame stated! I believe he was just about to go on his lunch after completing someone else’s inspection, but stayed to do mine as well. I didn’t have any issues during my visit and my experience will have me return for my future vehicle needs. Thanks!

Very Friendly Staff!!

I came in on a Monday hoping they could install a diff oil cooler for my new car and they fit me in on Wednesday. They were fast, professional, and did a great job on the install. They stayed within the budget given on estimate and I am very happy with the job they did. I would recommend them for basic service and even complex jobs like mine.

Greatful that i met these people, they treated me like family the whole way through. Thank you Arun and your crew, you guys are good people !

Great service

These folks go beyond everything to make sure you are getting the actual service and repairs you need. It is encouraging also to see a young woman working there. She went beyond the call of her position to get my auto attended to at right before their closing time. I am truly grateful for the efforts made. Although I did not get any work done with this location I am truly happy with how they handled me as a customer.

I've gone to this shop several times for minor things on my vehicle: headlight out, brake light, safety inspection, emissions, turn signal not working, and oil changes. They are always nice and polite. I feel they can usually get you in as a walk in fairly quickly and they do the work much faster than the other chain place I used to go to. I don't feel as though they've been high pressure like I've experienced at other places. They'll tell me my tires are getting low and to think about replacing them in the next 6 months or that my rotors are warped, so wobble, but it's not a safety issue not to replace them, instead of using scare tactics. They've also done several small things free of charge when I've mentioned them, such as switch out my map light bulbs and my turn signal bulb and replaced fuses.

The service was professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. Each time we have taken our vehicles to Honest Auto we have been very pleased with the service, time it takes to service the vehicle and the helpfulness of the staff. Thank you for providing great service!
