I have used this auto shop on a few occasions, easy n friendly check in with quick updates. I will definitely use this shop again n do recommend to others.

Honest One is one of the best mechanic shops around. I was recommended by a friend who has gone there for years. I will be recommending them to all of my friends as well.

Good value for work performed. I had two rear shock absorbers installed on a 2014 Ford Focus. I was able to leave the vehicle overnight and the work was completed early the following morning. H-1 contacts you immediately when car is ready for pickup. Nice waiting area with free coffee. My only not was charge for shop supplies was over $10.00 for $129.00 job.

We are very happy with the work and customer service. We needed repairs through a CarMax RepairPal provider and Honest-1 worked with the CarMax warranty. We were able to drop off or car on the same day (CarMax was going to make us wait a week). We were informed of problem and costs, and repairs were made. We picked up the car at the end of the next day. The location was clean and convenient.Will use again.

Perfect oil change experience. They were able to fit me in to the schedule even though there were no appointments left, and they even topped off the fluids in my car. They got it done quickly and professionally. Recommend!
