We want to thank all the members of the Honest Auto Team, starting with the owner for providing an estimate and billing me at that same price when all work was done and delivered, he was a honest man who, makes it clear that he wants my experience to be a good one, that felt good The mechanic that worked on the vehicle really knew his trade and went out of his way to introduce himself and exchange valuable relevant information about our truck, because of his own personal experience with the same truck, out of professional courtesy! That was not expected but it was exceptionally kind. The girl that was in charge of billing and ringing people out was courteous and also professional and we got the feeling that she ran the back end operation. We were delighted to take it for a test drive when we took it home and it sounds smooth and feels as if it is running the best she has in years. We are impressed with coupons that were applied that saved us $100.00 maybe more, the caring and efficient service was appreciated and we are thinking about bringing both our vehicles for maint work and any needed work in the future.
