Dis "Honest" - Team. Gave my car for Safety Inspection and that my washer spray wasn't working. They identified a Tail gate assembly issue. Asked them to fix the tailgate issue but i declined the Washer Spray. Charged me close to $500 including labor. Kept the car overnight, called me next day that the car was ready to be picked up. Went to pick up, Reverse light wasn't working. Sat there for an hour to fix it, they couldn't fix it and said some other issue and that it would cost me more. Not only that they didn't eve fix the tailgate assembly issue in Summary: They passed Safety inspection passed with two major issues - Reverse light not working - Washer Spray not working They charged me $500 without fixing the issue Arash V. didn't have the basic courtesy to apologize for any of this. Raised a complaint with DMV and working with Amex to dispute the service and get money refunded

I had been coming here for a while for little things, until recently they competely bambozzled me trying to charge me almost a grand for a “failed” inspection. I took the car to another shop and they told me the car was completely passable, just needed a small light bulb fix & ended up paying $35 with a passed inspection. Not only this, but “Honest” 1 kept my car almost 5 hours for a 20min inspection, and continued telling me “15 more minutes” when we’d wait another whole hour or 2. I’m very upset to see the dishonesty and trying to get away with upcharging a pregnant woman. Save your time and money by going somewhere else.

This place is a scam, avoid at all costs. Unfortunately there is not an option to give 0 stars. My wife took her car in for an inspection sticker, they came back with $1200 in repairs to pass it. I knew right away this was a scam given they wanted to redo the brakes, which I had just done a few months ago. I took it to another Ashburn gas station shop, just two miles away: $160 for total repairs and labor to pass the inspection. For the same part that "Honest-One" wanted to charge me $360 for + $250 in labor, the other shop was doing for $110 for the part (tie rod) and $50 in labor. Total scam shop that takes advantage of customers not knowing what is going on with their cars or what reasonable prices are. Avoid this place, I wouldn't let my worst enemy get his oil changed here.

I had my emissions and safety inspection completed at the shop earlier this week. It was my first time trying these guys out and I am very happy with my experience. I got to the shop bright and early (7:55am) and I was greeted with kindness. The waiting area was clean and spacious. I didn't have to wait long at all (~20-30 mins). This is notable because many other people came in after me for various auto work. They must be trusted and do good work by the customer responses. I passed the inspections and was given a quote for things to keep my eye on (wear and tear) and I was off. Affordable, friendly, and stress free.

Unlike other Auto shop, they don’t sell you good to have service done to the vehicle. Only recommend what is needed.

One stop shopping for VA inspection and emissions testing. Convenient and thorough. Thank you.
