Not Happy. I took my daughters car there to have an inspection, wheel rotation and alignment. They performed the wheel rotation and alignment and then did the inspection which revealed a bulge on the outside of one of the tires sidewalls requiring it to be replaced. While I was not charged for the inspection I do feel as though this could have been spotted when the tires where being rotated. Thus no need to do the alignment or inspection. Yes I could have been charged for the tire rotation, but the $149 for the alignment was totally unnecessary and unwarranted as tire replacement is necessary. I wouldn't replace just one tire, but a minimum of two if not all four. I do not feel the charge for the alignment was necessary as the defect should have been caught ahead of time.
