I called Honest-1 and immediately got answers to my questions. I dropped the car off the next morning. They gave me a free shuttle ride home and picked me up again when the car was ready. They did the work in less than two hours. I needed somebody to install my replacement backup camera and to replace a burned-out headlight bulb, both of which are now installed and working great. In contrast, I left multiple voicemails at my local Dodge dealer's service center for the previous week. They still have not returned my calls. I'll be taking my business to Honest-1 from now on.
